Star Letter terms and conditions
The opportunity to win the Star Letter prize is open to customers and
non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents, provided they are
not employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, John
Brown Group, their families or anyone associated with this competition.
Letters and emails are not returnable. They, and the copyright for
them, become the property of the publisher/Bank. Entries must be
submitted to Sense Feedback 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR or
feedback@nwsense.com. By sending us correspondence, we will assume that you
are happy for it to be published in the magazine and online - unless
you specifically state otherwise.
Correspondence which is delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be considered.
The editor’s decision is final as to who is chosen as the Star Letter, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is £250 worth of John Lewis vouchers. There is only one
prize. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is
available.
Winner[s] will be informed by post or email before publication.
If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to
contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize
as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
